Hosted by volunteer-based CRH Board of Directors for 18th year
The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, recently announced that as many as 80 residents of Congregational Retirement Homes (CRH) in Melrose attended the property’s annual Resident Appreciation Luncheon, hosted by CRH Board of Directors for the 18th consecutive year.
A residential community for seniors 62+, CRH consists of 318 units in three buildings and is managed by full-service real estate firm Peabody Properties. Supportive services and coordinated activities are an integral part of CRH and link residents with community-based services to maintain and improve their quality of life. In additional to the luncheon, the volunteer-based board plans and coordinates events and programs year-round with support from Peabody’s management team.
“The annual luncheon is a wonderful celebration of unity between the Board, the CRH staff and, most importantly, the beloved residents, all coming together to help plan and participate in the luncheon,” said Bob Oosterman, CRH Board of Directors President. “This luncheon has become a very special tradition and the Board’s way of saying ‘thank you’ to each and every one of the residents.
“You won’t find a nicer group of people, residents and staff, coming together and looking out for each other,” Oosterman added.
