Braintree and New Bedford, MA (September 20, 2024) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is proud to announce that Kim LaRose-Peets of New Bedford, Massachusetts, has completed course work and passed a qualifying examination to apply for her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.

The ARM certification process teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully and is widely recognized in the residential property management industry. 

LaRose-Peets, who joined the Peabody Companies in July of 2020, is a multi-site manager, overseeing both Olympia Towers and Young House in New Bedford. In August of 2023, she was awarded a New England Past President’s Scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to pursue her ARM credential.
