Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Margarita Winnell, Resident Service Coordinator for Mishawum Park Apartments in Charlestown, has recently completed her U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) Certification.

To achieve this certification, Winnell completed 36 hours of classes over nine subjects, offered through the MassHousing TAP Program. The Resident Service Coordinator certification is issued through the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators (MARSCH), in accordance with Housing and Urban Development regulations.

Winnell, a resident of Reading, Massachusetts, began her career with Peabody Properties in 2016 as a Resident Service Coordinator at Mishawum Park. Mishawum Park is a proud resident-owned community located in the heart of Charlestown.

“Achieving this certification is a requirement of HUD and a professional development goal that Margarita set for herself.
