Peabody Properties, an affiliate of the Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that it has again been named to the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) 2023 Affordable 100 List, advancing in its ranking over last year.

The NAHMA Affordable 100 comprises the largest affordable multifamily property management companies, ranked by affordable unit counts. The NAHMA Affordable 100 list contributes vital data to the ongoing national dialogue on the future of federal funding for affordable housing.

Peabody Properties has been a mainstay of the list for more than a decade. This year, the organization was ranked at #51 on the 2023 register, a six-space advancement over the firm’s #57 ranking in 2022.
