The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, has been named a finalist for the Leading Organization in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award from the National Apartment Association (NAA), to be announced during the 2023 Excellence Awards Ceremony, slated June 7th in Atlanta, Georgia.
This most recent acknowledgment of the firm’s commitment to ensure that all employees feel a sense of belonging in the workplace and for fostering a culture that embraces diversity comes just months after being selected as the Leading Organization in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA).
Through its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, the Peabody Companies has identified areas of commitment: to be allies for communities of color; to education; to doing the hard work, not just today but in the future; to being part of the change that needs to happen; and to action.
