Braintree and Framingham, MA (December 4, 2023) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is delighted to announce that Emilio Broussett of Framingham has been honored by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) with the 2023 Affordable Housing Management Technician of the Year Award.

Broussett, who has been a member of the Peabody team since 2006, was selected for the prestigious award based on his demonstrated skills as a maintenance professional and ability to work well with industry partners and residents.

Broussett was awarded the honor during a November 8th ceremony held at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood in conjunction with the NEAHMA Annual Conference and Trade Show.
