The SHCM® certification was developed by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) certification program is designed to ensure that management professionals have attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.

Riffel is the property manager at Valley Brook Village in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
