At Peabody Resident Services, we believe that everyone deserves the ability to live safely and independently in the comfort of their home.

Our Home Care Program (GAFC) — Group Adult Foster Care — provides daily personal care, homemaking services, nurse and care manager visits for adults who need assistance.

We have been assisting elders and persons with disabilities throughout Massachusetts to remain at home and in communities for 30+ years.

Who WE SERVE

The Home Care Program (GAFC) supports Massachusetts residents age 22 and older who are:

  • In need of daily assistance with personal care
  • Insured and authorized by MassHealth (standard coverage) or a PRS contracted SCO or One Care managed care plan
  • Approved by their physician for personal care services

Our experienced care team will guide you through the referral, assessment and approval process to help determine eligibility and get services started as quickly as possible.
