Braintree, MA and Nashua, NH (December 9, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is pleased to announce that Ashley Content of Nashua, New Hampshire, has completed all course work and passed a qualifying examination for designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). She was installed as an ARM during a recent Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston event.

The ARM certification process teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully and is widely recognized in the residential property management industry. 

Content joined The Peabody Companies in November of 2023 and is the property manager at Lowell Belvidere Housing in Lowell, Massachusetts.
