Braintree and Bondsville, MA (September 29, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Caila Mills-Malloy of Bondsville, Massachusetts, has been awarded the Eugene J. Burger, CPM, IREM Foundation Scholarship to pursue a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
Named in honor of Eugene J. Burger, a visionary in affordable housing and former IREM president and IREM Foundation president, the scholarship covers 75% of the tuition associated with earning a CPM. It is funded through the Community Housing Opportunities Organization (CHOC) to continue Burger’s legacy of mentorship and advocacy in the housing sector.
Mills-Malloy, who joined The Peabody Companies in January of 2022, is the property manager at Powdermill Village in Westfield, Massachusetts.
