Braintree, and Marlborough, MA (April 29, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Christian Beulich of Marlborough, Massachusetts, has received the C3P Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Professional designation through Spectrum Seminars.

The C3P certification acknowledges proficiency in navigating the complex compliance requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. 

Beulich joined The Peabody Companies in November of 2024 and is the property manager at the Metropolitan in Boston.
