Braintree and Randolph, MA (February 10, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is pleased to announce that Claude Noailles of Randolph, Massachusetts has successfully passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®) exam and earned his designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
The SHCM® certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that Noailles has attained the knowledge, experience, and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.
Noailles, who joined The Peabody Companies in August of 2024, is the administrative assistant at Tent City Apartments in Boston.
