Braintree, Chelmsford and Malden, MA (September 5, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Colleen Stripp of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, has completed the 36 hours of training requirements established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to become a certified HUD Resident Service Coordinator.
Certification requires comprehensive understanding of various areas impacting resident service coordination in housing, including: The Aging Process, Elder Services, Disability Services, Federal and State Entitlements, Legal Liability, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Mental Health, Strategies for Communicating in Difficult Situations, and Strategies for Dealing with Cognitive Impairments.
Stripp, who joined The Peabody Companies in June of 2023, is the property manager at Monsignor Neagle Apartments in Malden, Massachusetts.
