Braintree, MA and North Providence, RI (November 5, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Jordan Uribe of North Providence, Rhode Island, has passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) exam and received his official designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

The SHCM® certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that Uribe has attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.

Uribe joined The Peabody Companies in August of 2024 and is an occupancy specialist in the corporate office. Earlier this year he received the C3P Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Professional designation. The C3P certification acknowledges proficiency in navigating the complex compliance requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
