Braintree and New Bedford, MA (October 28, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Lisa Clark of New Bedford, Massachusetts, has passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®) exam and will soon receive her official designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

The SHCM® certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that Clark has attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.

Clark, who joined The Peabody Companies in October of 2022, is the property manager at Shoe Shop Place in Middleboro, Massachusetts, and Cherry Hill II in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
