Braintree, and Nahant, MA (May 27, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly announces that Loretta Susi of Nahant, Massachusetts has graduated with a Master of Social Work from Regis College.

Susi joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2023 and currently serves as the resident service coordinator at The Machon in Swampscott and The Charlestown in Charlestown. 

Over the course of the two-year graduate program, Susi completed rigorous academic coursework, while fulfilling her field placement requirements at Peabody. Her placement included weekly clinical supervision provided by Director of Resident and Community Programs Misty Pisani, ensuring a strong integration of classroom learning with real-world practice.

Susi is now preparing for the Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) exam with the state of Massachusetts, the next step toward licensure in the field of social work.

“The master’s graduate program requires strong time management and a commitment to working with people in complex situations,” said Pisani. “The entire Peabody community extends congratulations to Loretta for milestone achievement in a career that is certain to be rewarding.”
