Braintree, MA and Salem, NH (April 13, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is pleased to announce that Marilyn Santiago of Salem, New Hampshire, has  received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, she has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff.

Santiago, who joined The Peabody Companies in October of 2025, is the property manager at Rita Hall in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
