West Roxbury community owned by B’nai B’rith Housing, managed by Peabody Companies 

Braintree and West Roxbury, MA (December 15, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Parkway 1208 in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, was named the New Construction Community of the Year in the small construction category during the recently held Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA) President’s & Achievement Awards ceremony. Parkway 1208 is owned by B’nai B’rith Housing and managed by The Peabody Companies.

The honor recognizes Parkway 1208 as one of the best in property management across Massachusetts and celebrates its service to residents, service to the broader community, and financial performance.

The 60-unit mixed-income apartment community, developed by B’nai B’rith Housing, was designed to provide a tranquil living experience within an urban environment with an emphasis on sustainability and community integration. The new construction complex was completed and officially opened in late 2023. 

Parkway 1208 is also the recent recipient of the National Affordable Management Association (NAHMA) Vanguard Award in the small property category. The Vanguard awards recognize newly developed or significantly rehabbed affordable multifamily housing communities that showcase high-quality design and resourceful financing.
