Braintree and Medford, MA (September 10, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Bernice Cordeiro of Medford, Massachusetts, has received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, she has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff.

Cordeiro, who joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2015, is a multi-site manager at Pleasant Street Apartments in Beverly, Massachusetts, and Bedford Green Apartments in Bedford, Massachusetts.
