Peabody Properties today announced pre-leasing for occupancy beginning in May has begun for Phase II of The Woodlands, Middleboro’s newest luxury apartment community.
The announcement comes as leasing for Phase I of the 234-unit apartment complex comes to conclusion; as of present just two Phase I apartments remain for lease.
Phase II will feature the same mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom open concept apartment homes with high-end finishes including plank flooring, gourmet kitchens with granite counters, stainless appliances and breakfast bar, in-home washer and dryer, spa-inspired tile baths and lots of closet space. The Phase II project is under development by Cranberry Management, LLC, a multinational development company and a subsidiary of R.S. Global International. General Contractor for the project is Terratec Construction, Inc. and the project is proudly financed by Cambridge Savings Bank.
