Braintree, MA (February 25, 2020) – Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is pleased to announce that the following individuals recently earned their Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential through the Institute of Real Estate Management:  Penny Brady, resident of Assonet and property manager of Melville Towers in New Bedford; Michelle Archer, resident of Revere and senior property manager for the greater Boston area; Caroline Rayner, resident of Braintree and administrative assistant at Braintree Village; Maritza Matos-Alicea, resident of Springfield and property manager for western Massachusetts; Julie Moulder, resident of Whitinsville and property manager of Linwood Mill Apartments in Whitinsville; and Lisa Carinelli, resident of Everett and property manager of the Levi Gould Building at Congregational Retirement Homes in Melrose.  Additionally, Susanna Curreri, resident of Stoneham and senior manager for the greater Boston area, earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential.  All individuals were installed with the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management at a ceremony held at the Hilton in Dedham last month.

Earning the ARM credential is a valuable asset in the property management field that demonstrates excellence and a commitment to continuing education toward becoming more successful in the field.  Candidates for the credential must meet specific industry and educational requirements and pass a certification exam.

Candidates for the CPM credential must manage and oversee a team who manages large portfolios of multi-family, office, retail, or industrial properties, as well as meet specific industry and educational requirements and pass a certification exam.  Those that earn the CPM designation demonstrate overall expertise and integrity to employers, owners, and investors.

“IREM credentials are highly regarded throughout the industry, and not easily earned,” said Kristin Pine, Director of Training & Education for Peabody Properties. “We are thrilled that so many of our Peabody staff took the initiative to further their professional development to better serve our communities, and have been honored to support them throughout their journeys.”
