Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Kim Fareau has earned her Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) Certification.
To achieve this certification, Fareau completed 36 hours of classes over nine subjects, offered through the MassHousing TAP Program. The Resident Service Coordinator certification is issued through the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators (MARSCH), in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
Fareau, a resident of Lynn, is the Resident Service Coordinator for Station 101 Apartments in Beverly, Fabens Building in Lynn, 135 Lafayette Apartments in Salem, and the Saunders School in Lawrence.
“Achieving this certification is a requirement of HUD and a professional development goal that Kim pursued with the same drive and energy she consistently brings to her work,” said Lynne Sales, Director of Resident Services for Peabody Properties. “We are happy to provide the supportive work environment that is helping her grow and are proud of Kim’s accomplishment!”
