Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Lynne Sales, Director of Resident Services, has passed the Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) examination.

As such, she is among an elite group of industry professionals who specialize in the management of affordable and government-assisted housing. The FHC is an integral component of the National Affordable Housing Management Association’s (NAHMA) most prestigious designation, National Housing Professional (NAHP®).

Sales, a resident of Burlington, Massachusetts, began her career with Peabody Properties more than a decade ago. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators and sits on the MassHousing Community Advisory Board. Sales is a Certified Resident Service Coordinator with a master’s degree in social work and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She was also recently recognized by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) with their President’s Award.
