Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties is proud to announce that Lynne Sales, Director of Resident Services, has been recognized for excellence by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA).

Sales, a NEAHMA Board Member at Large and resident of Burlington, Mass., was the recipient of the 2018 President’s Regular Member Award and the NEAHMA Star Award. Board President Fern Mullen presented Sales with these awards at the recent NEAHMA Annual Industry Fall Conference and Awards Reception.

Sales, who began her career with Peabody Properties more than a decade ago, was recognized for her contributions to the affordable housing industry and for the difference she makes in residents’ lives.

A member of the Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators, Sales sits on the MassHousing Community Advisory Board. She is a Certified Resident Service Coordinator with a master’s degree in social work and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
