Braintree and Dracut, MA (February 26, 2026) – Peabody Properties, an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, announces that applications are available now through March 27 at the Avenue at Greenmont, a new 62+ community at 144 Greenmont Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts.
The 52 one-bedroom apartment community is designed for adults age 62 and older or non-elderly disabled individuals. Amenities include community rooms, laundry facilities on each of the apartment complex’s three floors, a fitness center, on-site parking and dog park. Peabody Properties will provide on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance in addition to resident service programs and activities.
The Avenue at Greenmont is in close proximity to public transportation, shopping, dining, medical centers, recreational venues, and major highways.
Applications for The Avenue at Greenmont are available online at Lottery Information, by mail at The Avenue at Greenmont Lottery c/o HousingWorks, P.O. Box 231104, Boston, MA 02123-1104, or in person at 144 Greenmont Avenue, Dracut.
Applications must be submitted online or postmarked no later than March 27, 2026. Those who prefer to submit a hard copy of the application are required to mail the completed application to The Avenue at Greenmont Lottery c/o HousingWorks, P.O. Box 231104, Boston, MA 02123-1104. Applications will not be accepted by email.
An information session about The Avenue at Greenmont will be held on February 24, at 4:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 951 Mammoth Road, Dracut. The session will also be accessible online via Lottery Information.
