Braintree, and Boston MA (June 28, 2025) – In partnership with Tent City Corporation, Peabody Properties, an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts, recently treated residents of Tent City and Warren Avenue Apartments to an ice cream social, offering a refreshing break in their day.

Scoops and conversation headlined the mid-day break, bringing smiles and a sense of community to all who attended. 

The ice cream social is just one of several programs and events scheduled this spring at Tent City Apartments. Residents recently engaged in a vision board exercise where they were encouraged to visualize their aspirations as well as a special celebration for Mother’s Day and field trip.
