Peabody Properties’ Peter Sanborn Place (Reading), a senior living community, was named a finalist in the Best Resident Services at an Affordable Apartment Community Category at the NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards event, recently announced during the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. This award highlights creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design and superior management in the apartment and condo marketplace, and is held in high esteem in the development/property management industry.
