Braintree, MA (February 13, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is pleased to announce Andreana Moriarty of Raynham, MA, as director of OneSite Support.
OneSite is a comprehensive property management software designed to optimize, automate, and centralize property management operations across various types of properties, including affordable housing.
Moriarty will work closely with the former vice president of administration and compliance as she transitions into her new role. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. She will manage Peabody’s OneSite support team, identify and address process or training gaps, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues. Additionally, she will partner with other internal groups to develop strategic plans aimed at enhancing the support experience.
Moriarty brings a wealth of experience to her role at the Peabody Companies. She began her career in the property management industry as a leasing agent and later advanced to a property manager, gaining hands-on experience managing a diverse range of properties, including conventional, HUD Section 8, USDA Rural Development, and tax credit communities.
Her professional background includes serving as a GPS manager with MRI Real Estate Software, director of administration & compliance with Jennison Management Company, and most recently, operations & information manager with the CT Group.
Moriarty holds a number of industry licenses and certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist-Advanced (COS-A), Tax Credit Specialist-Advanced (TCS-A), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), Certified Voucher Specialist (CVS), Enterprise Income Verification Specialist (EIVS), and Fair Housing Specialist (FHS), all offered through the National Center of Housing Management (NCHM); and STAR Rural Development, offered through Spectrum Compliance.
Moriarty, a resident of Raynham, MA, is an enthusiastic cyclist. She proudly ranked among the top 100 fundraisers at the 2024 BikeMS event, a cause that holds special significance for her since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 26 years ago. She is also passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and proudly holds a purple belt.
