Braintree, Brockton, Middleboro, MA and Cranston, RI (June 26, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly announces that occupancy specialists Dulcineia Coelho Araujo and Karely Rodriguez Hernandez and regional marketing specialist Vanessa DeSousa have achieved Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designations through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, they have successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff and are proficient in U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) occupancy regulations and compliance standards.

Dulcineia Coelho Araujo of Brockton, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in March of 2026 and is the occupancy specialist at JPNDC Pitts Portfolio in Roxbury.

Karely Rodriguez Hernandez of Cranston, Rhode Island, joined The Peabody Companies in March of 2025 and is the occupancy specialist at One Neighborhood Builders in Providence.

Vanessa DeSousa of Brockton, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in June of 2024 and is the regional marketing specialist at the corporate office in Braintree.
