Braintree, Hanover, Lynn, Methuen, Taunton, MA and Londonderry, NH (July 7, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly announces that five property managers have achieved Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
As such, the following newly certified CPOs have successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff and are proficient in U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) occupancy regulations and compliance standards.
- Chris Lassiter of Londonderry, New Hampshire, joined The Peabody Companies in October of 2020 and is the Senior Manager at Harbor Place, Hayes at Railroad Square, 165 Winter Street, JM Lofts, The Granville, Lowell Belvidere, Mazur Park, Rita Hall, Saunders School, and 135 Lafayette Apartments.
- Jillian Woods of Taunton, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in April of 2025 and is the Multi-Site Manager at 840 County in Taunton.
- Monica Fuentes of Hanover, Massachusetts, initially joined The Peabody Companies in December of 2017 and returned in January 2025 and is the property manager at Kent Village in Scituate.
- Yliana Robinson of Methuen, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in July of 2025 and is the property manager at Park Garden Apartments in Methuen.
- Patricia Pascual Garrido of Lynn, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in February of 2024 and is the property manager at Monsignor Neagle in Malden.
