Braintree, Boston, Dorchester, Fall River, Jamaica Plain, Salem and Worcester, MA (June 19, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly announces that six assistant property managers have achieved Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
As such, the following newly certified CPOs have successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff and are proficient in U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) occupancy regulations and compliance standards.
- Amy Nasiff of Fall River, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in April of 2024 and is the assistant property manager at Borden Place Apartments in Fall River.
- Ana Rosario Rodriguez of Dorchester, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in December of 2025 and is the assistant property manager at Hearth at Ruggles in Roxbury.
- Arlene Alicea of Worcester, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in January of 2023 and is the assistant property manager at Irving Square Apartments in Framingham.
- Arlette Medina of Salem, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in August of 2022 and is the assistant property manager at Mishawum Park in Charlestown.
- Cherlianny Arias of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2022 and is the assistant property manager at JPNDC Pitts Portfolio in Roxbury.
- Diana Pierre of Boston, Massachusetts, joined The Peabody Companies in April of 2026 and is the assistant property manager at Chelsea Village in Chelsea.
