Braintree, Brighton, East Boston, Saugus, MA (July 14, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly announces that three staff members have successfully passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®) exam and have earned designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
The SHCM certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that the following members of the Peabody team have attained the knowledge, experience, and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.
- Kimberly Lanzillo of Saugus, MA, joined The Peabody Companies in December of 2025 and is a roving recertification specialist in the corporate office.
- Katelynn Lemieux of East Boston, MA, joined The Peabody Companies in April of 2026 and is the senior portfolio manager of the North Shore CDC (NSCDC) and Lawrence Community Works (LCW).
- Michael Tardibuono of Brighton, MA, joined The Peabody Companies in June of 2024 and is the property manager at Anchors Weigh and 375 Broadway, both in Chelsea, MA.
