Braintree and Lawrence, MA (September 22, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, recently commemorated the 50th anniversary of Rita Hall Apartments in Lawrence, Massachusetts with its residents and staff.
The celebration featured a catered lunch from Pollo Tipico, courtesy of State Representative Frank Moran, frozen treats from Mi Casa Adult Day Health Center, a DJ and photo booth provided by MassHousing TAP, as well as resource information and snacks from Element Care and Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC).
A highlight of the event was Representative Moran’s presentation of official citations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives in recognition of Rita Hall’s half-century of community. Receiving citations were Janelle Spano, resident services manager and Marilyn Santiago, property manager at Rita Hall Apartments.

Rita Hall Apartments is a 90-unit supportive independent-living mixed-income community designed for seniors 62+ as well as persons with disabilities under the age of 62. Built in 1974, the six-story complex is among the many long-standing communities in the Peabody Companies’ management portfolio.
