Braintree, MA (March 24, 2021) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, announced today that Principal and CEO Karen Fish-Will has been named the 2021 Chair of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). In this role, she will lead the organization that engages with in all sectors of the real estate industry and serves as advocate for its five major divisions.
Fish-Will’s career in the multi-disciplines of real estate spans more than 35 years, with a focus on the pre-development, development and marketing of newly formed communities, whether created through new construction, the rehabilitation and expansion of existing communities or the preservation of historic buildings through their adaptive re-use to housing.
Fish-Will is a designated REALTOR® Member of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. Her numerous industry affiliations include as board member of the Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc., service on the Mass Housing Community Services Advisory Committee and board member and past president of the Rental Housing Association. In 2017, she and her sister, Melissa Fish-Crane, COO of the Peabody Companies, were named the Professional Women of the Year by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
