Braintree, Boston and Framingham, MA (December 7, 2023) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is thrilled to announce that Emilio Broussett of Framingham has been honored with a Professional Achievement Award by the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA).

Broussett was named 2023 Apartment Maintenance Supervisor of the Year during the November 30th MAA President’s and Achievements Award Dinner held at the Westin Copley Place in Boston.

The annual awards ceremony recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond within their career and have made significant contributions to the multi-family housing industry.

Broussett, a member of the Peabody team since 2006, was also recently named Affordable Housing Management Technician of the Year by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA).

Additionally at the event, the Peabody Companies’ Kaeleen Price was named Rising Star, and Tiny Corporan was a finalist in the Apartment Manager of the Year category.
