The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, recently completed a coat drive to benefit clients of A Life Worth Living, Corp.

Patricia Juba, a senior property manager with the Peabody Companies, is founder and CEO of A Life Worth Living, Corp., a non-profit organization based in Taunton, Massachusetts, with a mission to help women “transform their minds, revive their spirits, and rebuild their bodies to be their best selves and return to their families and communities being empowered and impactful and most of all loved.”

The non-profit’s first annual coat drive, organized by Juba, was kicked off during the Peabody Companies’ annual meeting where more than 100 coats, hats, and gloves for children and adults were collected. The drive continued through Saturday, October 15th.

“We’re approaching the season for holiday joy, but it’s also the season where many children and adults live in bitterly cold conditions with no coats, gloves or hats to keep them warm,” said Juba, who as senior property manager oversees a portfolio of affordable housing communities that serve the homeless population as they transition into permanent housing. “The need for coats is tremendous; we are grateful to those who donated to this much needed coat drive.”
