The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, proudly announces that Kristin Pine, new business director, affordable housing, was installed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 during the recent Boston Holiday Celebration and Chapter Awards Night held at Granite Links in Quincy.
A resident of Warwick, Rhode Island, Pine serves as an Executive Councilor as a member of the 2022 IREM Boston Board of Directors.
Pine, who joined the Peabody Companies in 2012, holds numerous industry designations, including Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), National Affordable Housing Professional/Executive Level (NAHP-e) and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) credentials. She has served with distinction on the Board of Directors for the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) since 2003 in various capacities, including as President.
