Braintree, Nahant, MA (September 1, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is delighted to announce that Loretta Susi of Nahant, Massachusetts, has passed the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) exam with the state of Massachusetts and is now a designated Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).

The ASWB exam is a rigorous, competency-based assessment that requires strong clinical judgment, disciplined time management, and the ability to apply complex concepts under pressure. Susi recently completed her Master of Social Work degree from Regis College, the credential required to sit for the exam and fulfilled the two-year field requirement to earn her degree through her work at Peabody, combining a strong integration of classroom learning with real-world practice. 

Susi joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2023 and is the resident services manager at Congregational Retirement Homes in Melrose, Massachusetts. Her LCSW designation further strengthens Peabody’s resident services by enhancing her ability to support residents with informed clinical judgement and a deeper understanding of the social and emotional challenges residents may face. Her accomplishment reflects both her dedication to professional growth and The Peabody Companies’ commitment to cultivating highly trained staff who advance its mission of delivering superior-quality, compassionate services across its communities.
