Braintree, Springfield, MA (September 3, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is pleased to announce that Maritza Alvalle of Springfield, Massachusetts, has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  

The designation is considered the premier public sector property management certification world-wide, and is based on a selected set of competencies and awarded upon completion of an accredited CPM program.

Alvalle, who joined The Peabody Companies in September of 2016, is the director of portfolio operations at Powdermill Village in Westfield, Massachusetts, where she provides strategic leadership and residential oversight.
