Braintree, and Saugus, MA (July 18, 2024) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, recently presented Special Projects Consultant Doreen Donovan with the Edward A. Fish Achievement Award during its 2024 Annual Business meeting held at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.
The highest coveted honor, the Edward A. Fish Achievement Award is named for the founder of Peabody Properties, Inc. It recognizes the individual whose “performance consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty.”
Donovan was selected for the honor by company principals based on her excellent work performance, consistent ability to lead by example, comprehension of the value of hard work and integrity, and for being a positive influence by promoting team achievement and providing exemplary service to colleagues at all levels within the company.
Donovan, a resident of Saugus, Massachusetts, began her career in the affordable housing industry in 1984. She joined the Peabody Companies as vice president of administration and quality control in 2012, a role she held for nearly 12 years before recently transitioning to a part-time position as special projects consultant.
Throughout her career with the Peabody Companies, Donovan has received numerous industry accolades for a commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence. In 2022 she was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4. That same year she was honored with the New England Affordable Housing Management Association's (NEAHMA) Legacy Award.
“With 40 years of industry experience in multifamily asset and property management expertise, Doreen Donovan has consistently raised the bar of excellence in her dedication to client service,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of the Peabody Companies. “She truly embodies the spirit of the Edward A. Fish Achievement Award, and we are honored to have her on our team.”
