Braintree, MA and Nashua, NH (July 31, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms is pleased to announce Carolina Sholl of Nashua, New Hampshire, as director of quality assurance and portfolio operations.

In this new leadership role, Sholl is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continual improvement of Peabody’s quality assurance program, to ensure that all operational practices across the organizations’ affordable housing portfolio adhere to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Additionally, Sholl manages her assigned portfolio to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth while also maintaining Peabody’s reputation for high business practices standards, processes, resident and client services. 

Sholl has been a highly valued member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in January of 2019.  Prior to her recent promotion she served as a senior portfolio manager.
