Braintree and Cambridge, MA (August 15, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce Dan Tompkins of Cambridge, Massachusetts, as director of portfolio operations.

In this new role, Tompkins manages his assigned portfolio to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth while also maintaining Peabody’s reputation for high business practices standards, processes, resident and client services. As a director he provides leadership and guidance to his team and oversees its development.

Tompkins has been an essential member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in May of 2021. Prior to his recent promotion he served as a senior portfolio manager.
