Braintree and Dover, MA (July 23, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce Heather Calcagni of Dover, Massachusetts, as senior director of operations, marketing and revenue management.

In her new role, Calcagni oversees strategic alignment between business planning and operational execution across the Peabody Company’s extensive residential portfolio. She leads efforts to enhance operational performance, drive business growth and uphold Peabody’s reputation for delivering outstanding service to residents and clients. Additionally, she oversees marketing and brand visibility initiatives while analyzing and leveraging market trends to maximize revenue opportunities. 

Calcagni has been an integral member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in November of 2018. Prior to her recent promotion she served as director of revenue management.
