Braintree and Springfield, MA (August 19, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce Maritza Matos-Alicea of Springfield, Massachusetts, as director of portfolio operations.

In this new role, Matos-Alicea manages her assigned portfolio to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth while also maintaining Peabody’s reputation for high business practices standards, processes, resident and client services. As a director she provides leadership and guidance to her team and oversees its development.

Matos-Alicea has been an essential member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in September of 2016. Prior to her recent promotion she served as a senior portfolio manager.
