Braintree, MA and Hudson, NH (August 13, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce Rosa Nunez of Hudson, New Hampshire, as senior portfolio manager.

In this multi-faceted role, Nunez oversees her assigned portfolio, conducts site visits to uphold exceptional operational standards, provides leadership to staff, and manages resident relations to foster an engaged community environment. 

Nunez has been an integral member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in December of 2017. Prior to her recent promotion she served as a multi-site manager.
