Braintree and Stoneham, MA (August 20, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce Susie Curreri of Stoneham, Massachusetts, as senior director of portfolio operations.

In this role, Curreri leads the financial and administrative oversight of a designated residential portfolio, evaluating performance metrics and recommending operational improvements when needed. She leads and guides direct reports to deliver operational excellence and drive growth initiatives, reinforcing Peabody’s reputation for exceptional resident and client services.

Curreri has been an instrumental member of The Peabody Companies since joining the organization in November of 2009. Prior to her recent promotion she served as director of portfolio operations.
