Braintree, MA (September 2, 2026) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, will host a Career Discovery Night on Wednesday September 16th for recent college graduates and entry level professionals interested in launching a career in the property management industry. The event is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 536 Granite Street in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Designed as an introduction to the field, the event will be limited to a select group of 30 high-potential candidates who demonstrate strong motivation, intellect, and a genuine interest in building a career in property management. The event is ideal for those with academic backgrounds or interests in business administration, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or operations. 

As part of Peabody’s talent development campaign, this initiative positions property management as “the career you never knew you needed.” emphasizing the purpose, growth opportunities, variety, and long-term career potential the industry offers. Through Career Discovery Night, Peabody aims to introduce promising recent graduates to a profession they may not have previously considered. Property management brings together business, marketing, finance, customer service, real estate, and community, all within a single profession that offers meaningful work and room to build a career.
