Braintree and East Weymouth, MA (November 17, 2025) – The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Weiwei Huang-Cohen of East Weymouth, Massachusetts, has passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®) exam and will soon receive her official designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

The SHCM® certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that Huang-Cohen has attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.

Huang-Cohen joined The Peabody Companies in January of 2025 and is a compliance manager in the corporate office.
